Specification

Immersion flanged heating element with ceramic heating insert THTTKV are designed for direct heating of liquids. They are intended for more demanding applications that require a robust design with a separate electrical terminal block. Designed for applications requiring higher pressure loads, suitable for clean operations such as the pharmaceutical or food industry with a requirement for aseptic connection and a polished surface that will come into contact with the heated medium. The heater consists of 3 basic parts - an immersion tube with a ceramic insert, a process connection according to the customer's requirements in the range of DN65-250. A stainless steel distribution box, which is separated from the heating part by a cooling neck so that the electrical wiring is not burdened by inc reased temperature. THTTKV can be supplied in a version without regulation or with regulation.
